Who We Are,
What started in 2025 nestled in the small-town of Limerick Maine, HS Homestead & Transport aims to provide quality care and compassion to every animal we transport. With over 20 years of experience between livestock and transport service, we decided to combine the two together into one small family run business. We move everything from horses, cattle, goats, sheep, pigs etc. We enjoy what we do, we love each and every one of our customers and the animals we carry, who have entrusted in us to care for their precious livestock as if they were our very own.
We offer great rates along with multi animal and veteran discounts. While offering transport services across the entire lower 48, we also offer local farm to butcher, farm to vets, farm to shows, and farm rescues!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Leeann and Corey at HS Homestead Transport!! They recently transported our two beloved horses from Northern Maine to Western Idaho, a 3,000+ mile journey. They kept in touch with us multiple times each day sent us photos and video updates, administered meds and filled their 55 gallon tank with our water and filled up with a bunch of our hay so our boys felt comfortable. When one of our boys started drinking less, Leeann contacted me right away to come up with a plan. She FaceTimed with me when they dropped them off in Idaho since we were a day behind them in our move. Without hesitation move forward with booking a transportation with HS Homestead Transport!!
Had the absolute best experience with HS Homestead and Transport! They were so on top of communication and made the entire process incredible smooth. I actually had a previous hauler back out last minute and they were so quick to help. They took great care of the pony they transported for us and she arrived very calm and not stressed. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially for the care they provide during transport. Highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future for any of our hauling needs!

Our two Jersey girls arrived in excellent condition, calm and well cared for, which says a lot about how attentive they are during transport. They were also incredibly helpful in answering questions and keeping us informed along the way.
On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable for the level of care and service provided.
